Privacy notice
Legacy Data Partners uses the contact and company information you submit to review your inquiry and contact you about possible data licensing opportunities. We do not request raw company records in the initial assessment.
Assessment responses are stored in Tally and may be copied to a restricted Google Sheet and Gmail for follow-up. We do not share your contact details or company information with a potential buyer without first discussing the introduction with you. Service providers may process information under their own privacy terms.
We delete inquiries that do not lead to an active discussion within 90 days of the last contact. For active discussions, we delete the inquiry record within 12 months of the last contact unless a separate agreement requires a different period. You may request access or deletion at legacydatapartners@gmail.com.
